Its a simple idea that would save the ratepayers and councils a lot of money each year.

Modernize the Long-Drop. Still use water which possibly could come from a water tank caught from rain, if the water level gets to low then it can automatically switched into the house water supply.

• A hole is bored.
• The toilet installed above it (so the toilet could be outside of the house or even attached to the house, in the house as is normal).
• The toilet looks as the modern toilet looks, works the same, is the same.
• The water in the toilet trap stops any smell coming up, and when the toilet is flushed the contents fall into the bored hole which is deep.
• As this hole fills up from years of use – one hole could possibly last 10 years or more, it becomes fertilizer/dirt and there is no need for sewage pipes, or sewage systems, and so on saving billions and billions of dollars to ratepayers everywhere.

The toilet contents stay on the section of the home so there is no need to transport it anywhere else.

Humans like to over complicate things. But this simple very effective toilet system would save huge amounts of money if employed in a town and also the water tower would not need to be that big for a few flushes a day so that would mean a decent drop in the rates we pay.

• There would be no need for billion of dollars spent each year on drain laying, on expensive pipes for sewage, extensive planning for sewage and so on.

To all effects this toilet system would work exactly as the toilet does today. The toilet and how it works does not change, just where the contents are put.
