Years ago when you first discovered God and you were ever so sorry about the past and wanted that new wonderful Godly Blessed future, you prayed, and in that prayer you committed yourself, or your life, and soul to doing God’s work as God saw fit, and you wanted a new start.
That new start included a new family, real love, and you wanted to right the life you had into a new life, a Godly life.

Something along those lines.

But as time went by, family, friends, society, all those of the past who we are supposed to leave behind us as our faith in God and our new life progressed, we instead clung to the familiar, we in turn followed them not God, backsliding, going back to atheist but instead praying to God – in other words, Sitting on the Fence.

Those who follow God in truth are often asked to be the amazing, the impossible, be and speak the truth, and to depart from the people of the world while being in the world, and so much so that they of the toxic society no longer influence us anymore.

We walk now with God, not them.

You may be at home right now and are thinking, “I have blown my chances, I have let myself and God down, I have been a fool.”

Well its like that saying, “You don’t have the power to blow your chances”, if God wills it, then it will happen.

The problem is more than likely, you are:

• Overthinking.
• Not following God.
• You are worrying far too much.
• You are doubting when God says “Move!”
• Your faith is smaller than a Mustard Seed?
• Listening to people before and after God and therefore following them instead.

If anything God is trying to get out of you and in to you,  it is Love.

You see, if you are to be of any use to the world, and to God, you must know what it feels to long for God, and to love deeply in your heart for the one God gives you to love, and you must feel sorrow, compassion, and a desire to be elsewhere than where the worldly people want you to be.

To walk with God is to walk in Love with all, talk of Love, act in Love, and the beginning must be to feel genuine love for someone so much that you would risk all to be with that one person, such is the desire and power of love.

Now with that power of Love you will be able to see the world, the suffering, the people, the animals, those in need and so on with great feeling, emotions and Love, as God does. And walking in love means that you can do no other than desire Justice, and be Righteous, because you can do no other.

Until you reach that stage and you still entertain the thoughts and people of the past, for you, “It is not over” and it won’t be over until you act and follow God with Love, Faith, Trust and Hope.

We need to remember, we made a promise to God, a pact, and God is keeping that end of the bargain, are you keeping yours?
Because if you are not keeping your end of the bargain, what you are going through will not end until you do, and the chastising and so forth will continue until you do. God loves you and has a Blessed future for you, please believe that.

If you lack faith and courage, then be with those who God favours as His own, and you will gain faith and courage from being with them.
