I discovered that if you used a Round Hook as is seen as “A” in Image 1 instead of the Hook as is seen in Image 1 it is a lot easier.
Some people say use the Round Hooks int he window frame and the Hooks in the curtains or the opposite way around (visa versa).

So what I do is use the Round Hooks on the Curtain Wire. We live in a time where many simple suggestions are not being passed down from parent to children, so I offer this small humble tip to help people who get frustrated if the hook keeps getting snagged in the curtain.

Another thing that can cause snagging is that the plastic of the Curtain Wire, around the end of the wire, has jaggad pieces sticking out, they too can get stuck in the curtains.
So with a pair of scissors you can carefully trim these down.

When putting the hooks into the end of the wire you can insert a steel rod (Screw driver etc) into the loop to make it easier to turn and hold the wire with some pliers.
