Keep Motivated

Many people think that laughter and crowds are happiness, yet a person can be snug in a bed with their lover and feel secure, content, happy and loved, and not be laughing at all.

It can be easy to fall into a negative rut while on a budget and the money is low, especially when it looks like this will be your situation for a while, maybe even years.

The secret is to find ways to motivate yourself that do not involve money but keep you happy with your life and excited,  in wonder and still active and enjoying your little part of the world.

You deserve to be happy just as anyone else does, so please keep that in mind and develop ways to keep yourself from falling into a ditch of depression.

I suggest The Bible, Motivation books (you should be able to get these at Library sales or second-hand book stores, to help remind yourself of your self-worth and that anything is possible and life can change in an instant.

Learn to cook good healthy food, have a vegetable garden, find ways to exercise that suit you and your lifestyle, hobbies, likes and so on.

A good motivator is helping other people, such n helping charities, or joining groups that volunteer to help others in need. You can really feel needed, wanted and enjoy people company when volunteering to help others, especially those worse off than you are.
