Treated Equally.

When a parent deals with the family issues the parent should always make it clear to all the children that no person will be favoured over the other children. Debates should be treated with no raising of voices and all members debating should know that a competent parent is overseeing the debate.

The children need to feel that each one will be heard by an understanding parent who will take the time to analyse that persons complaints or comments. If one or any of the children feel in any way that he or she is not being equally treated then that child will feel to some degree mistreated and will know to some degree that he or she will not be treated with the same fairness as the other children will be treated.
