Natural Living

Have you wondered why we “need” so much medical care, especially mental health care today, and yet 150 years ago and going back to the beginning of humankind people just got on with life?

It isn’t that they were tougher back then, it was because they were living “natural lives”.

Today the dog-eat-dog world, the rat-race, the 9-to-5 lifestyle “working for The Man” etc, is all unnatural. This new society with all its falsenes, plastics, and unnatural living goes heavily against our natural spiritual lifestyle.

The family unit, honesty, love, empathy, genuine charity have been pushed aside for a career, money, material gains, getting ahead, climbing the ladder of success etc, and that goes against the grain of what the human “being” was designed for.

Free cheap sex is unnatural and goes against all the rules of love and decency. Love has been confused with lust.

After years of school drumming all sorts of useful and useless information into our minds, we have to face the fears and stress of being accepted in a false society, getting a job, shining in our career, fighting to the top of the ladder etc, and trying to get others to like us by doing totally unnatural things.

It is no wonder that so many people are depressed and have so-called mental illness.

With the medical and health professions so geared up for business the love has gone, it seems.

We live in a society that promotes unnatural behaviour so that some become rich, and the Lower-Class and Middle-Class make them rich.

To gain our mental health back we need to get back to the basics of life and living. And we need to bring back the importance of the family unit again.

All the best from
