If you are thrilled when a stranger says something nice about you or gives his or her time to you, then you suffer from the flattery.

No one should be able to affect you by words, compliments or their looks, “unless it is the one that you love“.
Gullible people, many so insecure and unconfident, desire to be flattered by something as personal looks, hair, makeup, something they have done, their car, house, money etc.
These insecure people set themselves up for failure, and if you allow them too, they will take you along with them and they will weaken your soul with compliments and sugar coated words, and they will smile as you are seduced, just like Eve was. And your future ruined.

Flatterers are so common now because vanity and insecurity are so common. Society has created, in mass, insecure obedient people who are unconfident and often want people to say nice things to them so that they feel good. Words are cheap and so is there confidence.

Vain people need their egos boosted regular, and they will go to extremes to be adored and seduced.
Insecure people will gladly have sex with someone who pays them a compliment just to feel good. The HIV/Aids graveyard is full of insecure gullible people who prettied themselves up to be complimented on something as unimportant as their outside looks and appearance.
