I have a situation before me that I must deal with. I see a few paths that I could take (normally there is more than one option to take).
I then compare those paths with my moral beliefs.
I ask myself, “Is this the decent thing to do?”
Then I consider “is this the best thing for myself and my future?” etc.
Many people try to tell us that we should follow their advice, but true decision making for your life should be done by only you, and God.
I weigh up the pro’s and cons. I deliberate, and examine what the best option is.
Finally I make a decision. And once that is done then the next step is to act on the decision that I have made.
We humans were designed to think, choose and act.
We have amazing strong willpower once we have made up our mind to take a path. This is why humans are known as pioneers and inventors. We get things done, and we do them well. And once our mind is made up others cannot stop us.
Please have faith in yourself and your ability to make decisions.
All the best from
James M Sandbrook.
