People who are on your team are people who help you.

The relationship is equal. You help them too.

They investigate with you, they don’t squash, shame, laugh at and point you away from your theories.
They encourage you in the direction of your heart, they don’t encourage you away from what you love, desire, and feel is right and natural for you.
They understand that you are different from them in some ways, and so they don’t try to make you like them.
They want to see you happy, not struggling endlessly. They will help you find happiness, a happiness that suits you.

They will help you find what makes you genuinely happy and they will rejoice in your growth from struggling to personal inner-strength and courage.
They don’t pressure you, they encourage you while delighting in each development that brings you to your true self.
There is no domination over you, no controlling or guilt treatment.
Good people don’t seek to make you mean, revengeful, vindictive, and they don’t believe that you grow stronger from talking down to people, hurting people, or changing your character to seem untouchable and life your true gentle loving identity.

All the best from James Martin Sandbrook.
