The council needs to encourage the young adults to stay by offering them hope, a low crime environment, safety, and good decent job opportunities.
Any council that could invite or encourage dubious activities to a town shows a great lack of vision, ability and imagination. If they cannot improve the town with positive wholesome change then should they be in power.
To create public confidence they should be ensuring that the evils of life like crime are avoided at all costs.
