Evil Uses Patterns.

For me sometimes I get caught out by letting my guard down and doing something foolish.
The idea is to hold on knowing what is going on between good and evil.

I find that evil uses “patterns” that they repeat over and over again.
Like a temptation.
And once we get hooked into the rut we just keep reacting to the temptation the same every time. And that of course brings the same frustrating result, and lots of self-hatred and self-abuse as well.

If we are tired of trying, or tired of fighting family and others, evil knows that in this state of feeling defeated we are far more likely to accept the temptation offered. So we sadly do what it is that we have been pressured into doing.

After we have weakened we can hate ourself for being so gullible and weak. We also sadly will real the results of our foolishness.

The thing to do is to not collapse and accept the temptation, the sin that causes us to feel so unworthy, dirty, and helpless.

So we learn to try to recognize the “patterns” and when we do we can try something else as a reaction to the temptation. But we must not accept the temptation.

We should never ever accept the temptations that family and friends may offer. A temptation is something unworthy for us, but it may bring us some form of short term excitement or what seems like fun. Just because they are weak, you and I don’t need to be weak.

Family know us, and they know what buttons to press to get us to do what they wavy is to do. Relations and friends know us too.

Our taking up our cross and following Christ, is the new class of life that we have started and it is about becoming stronger and not accepting temptations and the like ever again.

All the best from James M Sandbrook. The idea is to hold on knowing what is going on between good and evil.
