A new challenge is here…

A new challenge is here and it is going to be hard taking it on. We struggle, and those with a low confidence may feel that the struggle with the new challenge is a sign that they are weak.
We need to understand that real education is not what they teach people in schools. That is academic/school type education. Real education, knowledge and wisdom come from real life situations that we live, experience, and feel emotionally etc.
A person may “lose it”, get upset, have some sort of break down because he or she does not understand what is really happening as they take on the challenge.
We can see another person take on a challenge that is much the same as the one that you and I have to deal with and that other person goes through it easily. And when we see this we may think, “I must be stupid and a failure because look how easily he did it!”
But the reality is that the other person was brought up in a home where they taught him to be confident and to believe in himself, and also he may have already experienced this challenge before and was prepared for the struggle and then breezed through it all.
We need to understand our own past, and if our own past is the cause of our low self esteem, and we may not have been efficiently prepared to face life and real situations.
We need to know that if anyone else can take on that challenge and succeed then we can too. The example of seeing someone else succeed should be the key to our own confidence and success, not a reason to be jealous or to feel defeated.
Please do your best, because the best is the best that you can do, and your best effort should be the best that anyone can expect of you. The best that you can do is the best that you can expect of yourself, so be pleased with your efforts, and always remember that human beings progress the more and more that they try. So please always be aware that your efforts will always improve as you adapt to new situations in life.
All the best from
James M Sandbrook.
