The Religious beliefs of God saving us or Jesus will save us is no help to us today nor is the belief that God will remove Evil from the planet.
We need to deal with life on Earth here and now in a practical helpful manner.
What God wants to do for us is to Change Us and Not Change the World (Our Environment).
Evil will always exist because the dark side of every human being is Evil, the Good side is Truth, Good Health, Understanding, Empathy and such, and the rewards are as Fruits of the Spirit.
Since our Environment is not up to God to change but for us to change then it is the human being that must take the steps to understand his or her own personal situation and make the needed changes to change our situation.
Something I have discovered in my own life is my Understanding Truth/Reality, and my Attitude to Life (Temperament – Mental Stability – Depression – Good Natural understanding of my Situation etc) can change my life entirely without changing my environment.
A good example of this is if something goes wrong, a bad attitude will make the person give up before he or she even tries, and a good attitude will see the person accept the challenge and get to work making it work regardless of how hard it is to do.
God Wants to Change You so that You will be able to react to life as if life is a challenge of which you are very capable to your best abilities to deal with.
God will also steer you to people or gather them around you so that they can help you and you help them.
The concept of marriage was created around this idea, that he and she become one, always there for each other and accepting each other, life, their lot, and both together making the changes to make their lot in life more loving, fruitful, and together accepting and dealing with the challenges that come their way as a team.
Your life is not about Life becoming easier for you (God changing the world, removing evil and such), your life and personal growth is about you becoming the person who you need to be so that life becomes spiritually enlightening, exciting, fun, with you embracing each challenge as a wonderful; gift for you to tackle and deal with.
If you are struggling, suffering, confused and unable to deal with challenges easily you have not been prepared for life properly while you were growing up, and this is normal in a Materialistic Society, also you have not discovered the Truth about your Life, about Life itself, and what a wonderful Blessing you and and what you are really capable of.
