Watching
The men of the wilderness back int he day had an extensive knowledge, also the women, of fruits, roots, and what they could eat. The Hollywood movies always shows outbacks people eating only meat basically because they can include blood and stuff.
Good movie though.
One of the ways that people can create “followers” or a dedicated group of people who stand strongly and faithfully with one another is to create a mini-society that they can all belong to feeling safe and secure in their beliefs, a Comfort Zone.
They will all feel that they belong to this group, and they will feel patriotic towards it, believe in its cause and defend it agaisnt all who try to say otherwise.
The founders of such organisations choose a set of rules and it becomes their creed even though they may claim to have no belief in creeds. Once a set of rules is set, then documentation is sought after that supports their beliefs, and the documentation is adjusted and changed to suit he cause and then people are sought to join the cause.
Religions and governments do this as a way to get a strong bond of lifelong supporters and a dedicated patriotic group that will go to great lengths to support the beliefs they have been immersed in.
Narcissist types do this as well. Especially if they feel the need to destroy someone’s life. The narcissist will gather a group of friends and supporters around them and tell each and every one of the group that they have formed only what they need to know to stay strong and supportive of the lying narcissist.
They create a kind of patriotic fanatic faith in some people, especially the young and gullible. And if they get enough supporters (probably because they were well known in the first place) they can use rumours, lies mixed with truth, gossip, faked images and fake video etc to destroy another person’s public character.

My parents were both very crude, both selfish and competed against one another all the time, neither satisfied with the other.
They both saw love making as simply physical sex. My ex-wife much the same. And although sex is nice and we are hard wired to enjoy it I often felt that there must be more to love and that lovemaking was an all day experience in the presence of the other.
God is love and is spirit, so I just cannot believe that God created sex alone as love making, that just seems too cheap, too incomplete, too unsatisfying in a soulful way. Sex and then for the rest of the day they are just friends just does not seem to me to be love, it is more like a relationship, or a friend with sex benefits, but not a deep sensual and spiritual experience.m
To be in love I felt that they would both really genuinely want to be in the space of the other, so much so that thy ached when apart. I know a religious couple who were like that. They are so well turned into each other. When one was tired the other would come in an rub their shoulders and each would make the other a coffee, or a snack, and they did he housework together, but not unfairly. They work side by side and hate being apart.
And when I was married I realise that this couldn’t happen for my ex-wife and I because she was always wanting to be elsewhere, with friends, doing her own thing, and out drinking with friends, family and work mates. I realised that I was convenient for her but she didn’t really want to be with me. I homeschooled and looked after our children, I was cheap to look after and reasonably easy to please, I
was like a housewife, teacher and home maker but not really a husband, plus I was a computer programmer and that suited her image being married to an intelligent man. I seldom touched her alcohol and if I did it was a small bottle or two and that was it. I was cheap to keep and convenient and my being there helped keep up her public image and made her look good.
But I became so miserable doing this and being a fake.
More and more I realised that there was something really special about love, something overwhelming, charming, delightful. joy, fun, pleasure in many different ways, and the wonder of waking up with the person who I want to be with who loves me and wants to be with me the same way. Life just couldn’t get better.
And even if we were poor financially we would be rich in each other. If we were both content with each other then the outside would would be beautiful even if we were living out of a caravan, a shack, a hut in the bush or a big fancy home. The physical side wouldn’t matter, because all that would matter is the love, so true, complete, joyful and complete.
To me life is not about being content in the “things” that I had, but the love that I had that would make life so worth living, so complete, and I would actually feel joy in the morning as soon as I opened my eyes and saw her there sleeping and realising that I had a treasure that was worth more to me than anything that the world could offer, because I had her spiritual heart that felt the exact same way
about me.
To me, there is nothing more complete, amazing and satisfying than making love all day just by being with her, holding her hand, walking side by side, doing the dishes together, playing silly games, pillow fights, telling silly jokes, and just enjoying the very essence and aura of the other in all things we did together, that to me is loving making, and sex is icing on the cake 🙂
I do believe that this is the love that the world is passing by for career, money, titles, self importance, etc. All these things could never make up for being truly spiritually satisfied in the arms of the one a person loves so complete and true.
If someone is on your mind all the day and night, then you will find that “There is no freedom in missing that person all the time” – “Freedom is being with that someone who is always on your mind!”

Pranking his daughter, and she ain’t gonna have any of his lies 🙂
If we talk to people in a friendly manner then we are very likely to get friendliness back.
It simply shows people that we are nice and that we want a positive friendly relationship with them.
Our positive efforts bring in positive results.
If we are rude, accusing, mean and spiteful etc then we are going to stir up anger and disappointment in the other person. The result is almost always going to be a negative reply and bad feelings.
![]()
Only humble people will try to combat negative attacks by not retaliating back in the same manner.
It is foolish and the opposite to God’s ways to stir up strife. It is God’s way to greet even our enemies in a friendly manner.

In the early morning at work a guy enters a room where this other chap was working and the first guy asked the chap how he was feeling and he said that he couldn’t have felt better, that he was having a wonderful morning. As the morning went on the guy asked the chap how he was feeling (as he had to pass through the room a few times as part of his work) and then he would comment saying that the chap did look a bit off colour.
This went on a few times until the happy chap said that he was feeling, “A bit off to tell the truth!” and then it got worse and worse until at lunchtime he said that he felt really unwell.

This is simply the power of suggestion. People do this to us all through our lives. People keep telling us something and we never get well. I had it done to me as a child by adults wishing to abuse my relationship with them. We can lift people up by suggestion and we can tear them down – it doesn’t mean that we are “simple” but it does mean that we trust other people, and want to know their opinion and to us their opinion or words is helpful to us (we hope). In the case of those who treat us bad we are trusting the wrong people.
An adult could use suggestion to trick a young child into doing things that the child shouldn’t do and the child would grow up believing what the adult has taught them as acceptable. I have seen some very tragic cases of this – its very sad.
When other people label you, accuse you, are abusive to you (people can still abuse us by being gentle too) it is simply like second-nature that you will start to mentally or possibly even physically abuse yourself, and say bad things about yourself, put yourself down in your own head. Why? Because you believe that “they” cannot all be wrong – the many are wiser than the few right? Wrong!
![]()
The Bible is full of stories of simple people who were not great people by humankind’s standards, they held no degrees, they were not trained by the society of the day. No they were simple people who God knew were humble and willing to help the lost of their day. God knows your heart, God knows a good person. If you were once lost and felt guilty then know that God loves you for you realizing your past mistakes. God can use people like this.
![]()
The many are often just the masses lost in their own greed’s and lusts – the masses around you may be wrong too. If they are making out that you are simple then they are wrong to do so. Look and study them carefully.
![]()
The power of suggestion can be very soul destroying. Don’t give those around you the power to do this to you. Especially those who have led you astray in the past – they are not your healer. Go to good people who follow God. Those you have seen to be good, and that other good people trust. God will show you the way.
![]()
Keep the voices in your head positive. If you try to do something worthy you will hear yourself tell you what others have said. Keep telling yourself that you will only follow God. Keep praying, God will never give you negative nasty feedback. God will always support you, always!

You were not made to fail. You were made to be courageous, humble and good. be true to yourself. You, are the only you, that you have. Don’t let yourself down by taking a life less than the wonderful one that you can have with God.

You may notice the way in which your cat and dog completely depend on you for everything. Food, water, comfy home, cuddles, health care, you offer it all, completely for free, all the cat and dog have to do is to remain loyal and stay with you.
Your animals have learned to rely on you for everything in their lives, they depend on you completely, and what you assume is love (and yes love is included – but as they see love, not as you see love), is actually dependency (the state of relying on or being controlled by someone or something else), a result of Life Change.
Animals have instinctive traits when they are born, and many they complete, but the human creature who has control over the house where the kittens are born immediately feeds and comforts the kittens. The kittens note that mother cat does not hunt, she does not act like a wild animal, and she eagerly rushes to the owner when she is hungry, so they all learn to be the same. As kittens they pretend to fight, hunt, stalk each other, and so forth, but once they become adult cats they give it all up for the comfort zone created by the house people.
The cat and the kittens never think of escape. They have it all, so there is no need to take risks, no need to fight, no need to chase mice or rats for food, and so there is no desire to escape, so they remain agreeably captive, they love the people who keep them captive, and they grow fat, useless to their race, unable to complete their life-task on Earth, and unable to cope in the real world because humans do everything for them.
The kittens have grown into adult cats that are completely unable to cope in the world as the wild cats of the past or who exist in the countryside. The domestic cat is a slave to its own dependent nature on the human being to provide everything for them. The cats cannot cope, nor can they hunt for their own food, nor do they hunt or scavenge food, they simply have no idea how and they don’t need to learn or try, so they don’t.
The mother cat is helpless without the owner. She will catch the odd bird from time to time, and that is why whole dead bird is found on the property, but she completely relies on the house person to feed her to the extent that the drive to hunt is eliminated and she tends to be chubby, stay at home, content and has no need to hunt. The kittens become what the mother is, totally relying on the people of the house for all their needs.
In some places around the world the cats are called “Indoor Cats”, they very seldom ever leave the house and they seldom ever venture outside of the house, they are completely protected and controlled by those humans that live in the house.
If they do go outside they go outside with their protectors, the humans, some on leashes, both dogs and cats, completely incapable of being the dogs and cats they were born to be, because they have learned how to become completely helpless without their humans.
In the wild they would have learned to stalk animals for food, in captivity they have learned to remain helpless, unable to hunt for food, unable to cope without the humans, unable to think for themselves, unable to choose where they want to live If they do the humans get upset and take them back home to the prison they were trying to leave), unable to be an animal, and instead because they have learned to be Helpless, they have lost the ability to seek freedom, or to think freedom, or to visualize what freedom is like, where it is, or to see it and recognize it.
Learned Helplessness is when they have been taught, comforted, provided for, and groomed to be helpless – unable to save themselves.
if you look on the likes of YouTube all those crazy videos of cats and dogs freaking out and doing weird crazy things?
This is because the animals are actually and truthfully going insane being Unnatural while living in a trained captivity that is completely unnatural to the animal, and also not being able to cope as an animal in the wild as they were born to be.
Part of the problem Moses had with the people who he was trying to free from captivity was that they wanted to go back to captivity because they found that being outside of their comfort zone scared them, they knew not how to live, or to focus on survival, or how to get food, or cook that food, because in captivity they were supplied with all that they needed, and even though they were being abused they still wanted captivity back because they were so used to people doing everything for them, being fed, clothed, making their decisions, and feeling wanted and needed.
Your animals, by you, are heavily encouraged to be lazy, to stay in captivity, and in fact, you are so insecure when the cat disappears for a few days you panic, but the cat is fine just going out there in the real world to explore. But the cat will come back very fast when fear (real or imagined) creeps in their minds, or there is a possibility of a threat.
Captivity in your house is not the cats or dogs natural habitat, thus the animals struggles to stay sane, to cope or remain mentally stable.
Vets will tell you that today’s cats have mental issues, they suffer from stress, heart issues, and so on.
Humans laugh at the animal freaking out over normal everyday human objects or our human ways, because to the human it is obvious what it is that upsets the cat, but cats don’t think like we do, so the poor mentally suffering cat has no idea what you have in the house or why you do the crazy things that you do.
Human beings don’t really understand animals, and that is why we drive them crazy.
The video below is not actually funny, in fact its depressing, and what is worse is that the humans watching it have no idea why its depressing.

Sometimes it is a struggle and that is where self control comes handy. If one person has self control it can stop violence and more anger and bitterness. Sometimes I fail.
We should never return anger for anger, not violence for violence, negative for negative.
Return love for all these things and there is a chance to make an enemy a friend, and the chance to save a soul.
Jesus saw beyond the attack of the moment and saw the soul, past sufferings of the attacker, and much more – It is much easier to forgive a person when it is realised that the person has been tricked or fooled into their false beliefs. They still shouldn’t attack but that may be all that they know to deal with a situation. Society today is misleading the billions we must try to help bring their lives back to them and their families.

(Could also be Sugar Coated Ministry for churches that don’t go all the way to spiritually curing the congregation)
When a person has problems deep in their soul, a heart felt issue that bothers them so much that they cannot function well as a human being they need their heart and soul repaired.
![]()
In the world today we have some Sugar-Coated-Helpers who change the person in a material sense. They listen to them. They talk to them and tell them what is wrong with them, then tell them how they are going to fix the issues. They lay on the praise. They change the person’s clothing. Do up their hair in some new way. New perfume for women. And lots of pats on the back to push the victim onward to fail again.
Sugar-Coated-Help only lasts until the first obstacle and the person who has the issues falls flat on their face once again because their heart and soul were not fixed. They are always told that they will be alright but they never are and they can blame themselves for failing but it is not their fault – it is the helpers who are at fault![]()
Friends and family can be like this too. Laying on the praise and such, or people with a education in some field and it seems that they know everything but fail again and again.

It is like having a broken down house and only fixing the outside and painting it lovely but the inside is still a wreck and will crumble when used.
it is like building a house on sand, when the storms come the sands wash away and the house collapses. Fixing the inside of the person spiritually creates a strong foundation on which the storms of life cannot collapse.

And his mother’s name was Jedidah, the daughter of Adaiah of Boscath.
Josiah had a bad family background as they did not follow God at the time of Josiah becoming king at the tender age of 8 years old.
If we skip over to Chapter 23 verse 24 we can see that Josiah lived in a time of great sin. The peoples were lost, confused, enjoyed their sins so they made religious excuses, and followed false Gods and had idols.
![]()
2 Kings Chapter 23, verses 24-25:
Moreover the workers with familiar spirits, and the wizards, and the images, and the idols, and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of the LORD.
And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the LORD with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there any like him.
There was no king like Josiah before him or after him. He turned to God totally with all his heart and soul. He didn’t listen to the “wise people” of his society around him. He didn’t follow the books of his time, or the laws of people or the rulings of false judgments put upon the people by corruption and false leaders. He stood up and followed God, and as king made some serious changes to rid their world of evil corruption. He was with God early in his life and he aimed to stay with God forever.
He stood fast with his beliefs and did what was right in the eyes of God. He was no fool. With such a bad family Josiah had a bad start to life and had every right not to follow God but he did follow God and sought Gods ways.

Ecclesiastes Chapter 12, verse :1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

Josiah keep his focus on God. He kept his sight on God’s laws and had them etched into his spiritual heart to show him the way and to guide him day by day. We can see in 2 Kings Chapter 22, verse 3 that Josiah got things in order to fix God’s house, the religious building. They didn’t have the book of the law but it was found in the house of God and they read it.
![]()
Like Josiah, for our own good, we need to know the laws of God, we need to study the scriptures, we need to copy and follow the ways of Jesus. God’s people were strong and keen to learn God’s ways and live in the ways of decency and justice. Josiah wanted the best for the people.
![]()
In Chapter 23 we can read that Josiah cleans up the place because sin was not to be tolerated. The way to serve and live in God’s ways is to do right.

Paul felt that he had fought the good fight:
2 Timothy Chapter 4, verses 6-7:
For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
You and I must fight the good fight in our hearts to be better people and do worthy work for God.

People need to understand that God will not hold anyone’s hand who is deliberately choosing to sin or do evil when they have a way out and refuse to take it because they want to sin. People may foolishly greedily choose the sin of their delight – but they cannot choose the price that they will pay for the sin – the choice of payments goes to the shop owner of the Sin Supermarket and Satan takes care of that end of the deal. You must take what you are given.

If they both have the same dreams, desires, hope and cares all focused on the loving ways of God then they will blend together in perfect harmony. Like two blessed musical notes played together the result is something beautiful, something worth living for, something worth going through hard times for. It is all that we should really dream for.
The comforts of home. Having someone near to love all the time with all your tender heart and soul.

I have a question folks.
I received this letter a few days ago
==================
Hello Mr. Sandbrook,
…
I am a big fan of your thoughts. I first came across your writings in a page in facebook and love your writings ever since.
Bless you for the wisdom God gave you. You are such a blessing to people like me across the world. …. You have been a motivation in my deepest days.
I wanted to request you to carry forward what you’re doing now and continue to be a blessing.
I also wanted to ask if you have any books in your credit. I’ve searched but without success. If you do, can you spare some time in replying this message with the names of the books as I want to grab them and read.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Sincerely,
==================
I have left some parts of the letter out . I am happy helping people for free. I have no motivation for fame, money etc. But there could be need for what I have been writing. Over the last 2 years people have written to me asking where my published books are. I have a book that is half-finished and I am still working on it.
What I want to ask is what do you people think about this? Should I start putting together a book to submit to a publisher?
There are many good Facebook pages and many people have written some great posts and I have thought that they would be a great writer etc. But I don’t have grand thoughts about my own writing – the results are happier people and mending hearts and changing souls. Oh what a worthy work that is for anyone to achieve, and that has always only been my aim.
I have no fears about my future because it is in God’s hands so I am not worried in the slightest. But I kind of wanted to leave it in God’s hands. These letters could be a poke in my direction to get me to put some of what I have written together. What do you think?
