This web site is about educating the mind, challenging the mind, and also a different view. As a young adult I was not taught much about anything except what was taught at school. My mother and father were in to drugs, alcohol, sex with other people, bad language, bad parenting, and were selfish.
For us children they were not good examples of life, love, living and being sane.
It occurred to me a few years ago that many of the young people are basically given a view of life and are expected to live it. They are taught what to think, but not how to think, same as I was.
So it seemed a good idea to offer a web site to give the young of today different views, different ideas, challenges, but also, my father was not a good father, he was never really there for me.
There was much I wanted to know about being a male, about women, love, marriage, and Dad offered no advice at all. He was harsh, sometimes a bully, he seldom ever offered encouragement or kind words, he was more about living life for himself than helping his only son.
This web site is also about young adults and children who do not get advice about their gender, about life, about love, about marriage, about mental health, and about bad people, recognizing them avoiding them and how to deal with them.
Our world today is heavily about being entertained and cruising aimlessly through life.
I am trying to offer an alternative.
One thing I discovered in life is that few people like getting advice or being helped, especially if they think lowly of you, so I think that having a web site means that people, if they want to, can come here and get help, advice, ideas, encouragement and so on, and I will never know about them being here on this web site.
All I care about is helping people, not getting anything for myself except knowing that in some way i left the world a better place before I die.
In the past people used to worry that they would die and not have made any difference to people’s lives or the world, it was very important to leave a legacy, something that made a mark that showed that our life had a meaning, a worthy good meaning, and for someone, even one person, made some sort of difference that boosted someone’s moral, or someone felt better, encouraged, and more importantly someone changed their life from pointless or something meaningful and good from something that I did, or wrote.
It should be important to us all to make a difference.
