People assume that when they pray, especially if they (and we all do) have enemies, that God will support the person who prays and will do as the person who prays wants.

There are many beliefs that were inserted into Modern Culture via Religions that are not logical nor true, but are assumed to be true because for thousands of years they have been taught to be true.

God wants all of us to be with Him. Not just the one who prays. In fact God hopes that the one who prays is humble, thus he or she wouldn’t mind God helping their enemies become better people.

The person who prays may be suffering, but also as he or she has discovered God then this person can assume a closer relationship with God than those who don’t know God.
God would want us, the believers, to want our enemies to come closer to God, so we should not mind God helping them as well as helping us.

Mentally when people find God, and even those who believe that they found God years ago, are thinking as The World thinks, with Ungodly thinking which tends to be selfish, less compassionate, lacking empathy, and of little love for those who we don’t like or who has helped us in the past, and so we may still think of ungodly acts like Revenge, An Eye-For-An-Eye and so on.

They pray with Immaturity and lacking God’s Logical thinking, therefore they pray not in the Spirit of Love, but instead with the materialistic, Carnal weaknesses that the ungodly world taught them.

People who are Immature in Godly Ways tend to feel that once he or she has found God that they are now in some sort of Godly Club where God will fight their enemies and do as they wish.

The reality is God is Spiritual Love, and God loves your enemies just as he loves you. Just because you found God does not mean that your enemies won’t find God as well, even in the near future, so God does not want people to not get that chance for a new loving life, with peace, love and harmony.

One of the first rules when finding God is to stop being selfish, and learn empathy, compassion, love. But it is hard to think this way when we are thinking as we were taught all our lives to think.

One of the reasons people fall back into the world and reject God is because the world is all that they have known so it is easy to slip back to who they were and be as they were, because of the old habits,. Old ways, carnal jokes living, carnal thinking, people of the past who pressurize the new Believer in God to go back to who they were. It is surely a battle to remain with God, but a worthy battle.

God loves us all, and God wants you and your enemies, to be with Him, to be humble, peaceful, and help those in need.
