means that we have gone too far for God to help us anymore, because any efforts from God will be wasted.

Crossing the line does mean that you can come back to God, but my experience is that probably most won’t and the few that do, do it because of something really bad happening, possibly life threatening and they realised that they should never have turned from God in the first place.

before a person crosses the line he or she is still in God’s grace and protection, guidance and help – but once across the line they have made a deliberate choice not to follow God any more.

This means that through someone God will give clear instructions but the person who crossed the line is not going to act on those instructions, he or she is not on the fence anymore, he or she is now on the other side, he or she is only the other side, not on God’s side anymore, thus not in God’s grace or protection of his or her own choice.

Those who have crossed over to the other side, whether they admit it or not, love evil because they, by their own actions live, protect and act evil, thus those who enable and protect evil are as bad as those who have done evil. They cannot be delivered from what they want.

The ball is in your court, if you don’t play it, you don’t win!

Kitten, I was putting clothes on the line and a thought came to mind, that developed into an idea. How’s about you stop reading this blog from now on.
You see, with them, the Weasel,. the rest, the guy who you are with, they cannot help you any more, because as far as learning from the Weasel, you have reached not only his limits in teaching but also in mind manipulation, thus for you, the manipulation is only going to get much worse until you don’t know who you are anymore and you robitically do what they tell you to please them.

You, and the other girls, cannot progress with God anymore, not in captivity, not while owned by narcissist manipulators, because God’s teaching reaches beyond what their very limited minds can teach. thus, this is where your mind will stay, this is as courageous, imaginative, and loving you can get. In time you will become mentally dull, be like everyone else but with mental issues and huge regrets.

The Weasel and your latest guy will say that I am telling you this so that you will reject them, but look around you, your life, your lack of faith, your lack of courage, your lack of desire for right to overcome wrong, and your support of evil people. It stays this way, because you choose and chose it.

I cannot teach or reach yu anymore, at least not enough to make you change or to help you change.

You see, there is a line that you have now crossed, and you refuse to walk back to God’s side.

Most importantly, you are on the side your actions choose to be on, with those who you choose to be with, and die with – this is what free will is. God is fair, and I cannot help you or the others anymore, your rejection is complete because you want it this way.

The Weasel can create any agreeable fantasy in your mind, any avoidance of guilt, anything you want in words he will supply and you will gratefully and gladly take it – but all it means is mental illness, suffering, and a short life, why? Because you stand by and watch others die when it suits you. Why should God supply you with a good life, or with a long life, or with good health?

Your love and caring for people renee, is conditional, your love is owned by bad people, but they don’t love you, but you are loyal to them.

Consider this:

Can God Use You at all?

Thus, its time God turned away from you because you have turned away from all that God has offered and you have turned away from God Himself. Your actions have told God that you don’t need Him, or want Him, you just want to use me and God for your pleasure, just like the Weasel and they all use you, you are just like them, you just don’t want to own who you are and what you have become.

About 2 decades ago I had a George Foreman Grill. I got it second hand from someone, probably Julie from Love Soup. I used to buy this and that from her on TradeMe before she did Love Soup and she would deliver since I didn’t have a car. And one time she turned up with a couple of boxes of kitchen stuff to give to me with the one thing I did buy, I was very thankful because we could not buy such stuff, and the grill would have been in that lot.

It was clean, but I cleaned it well and used it and loved using it. I was amazed, especially with cheese toasted sandwiches. Anyway it died on me probably late 1990s maybe. It overheated and I had to throw it away, but it was well used by then. I have been losing my desire to eat, and I am sure God is trying to convince me to keep eating, and for about 3-4 days I kept thinking to get the old cheap grill out and use it, but it was scratched and I had not used it for years. I threw it away.

It occurred to me that if I could make cheap quick toasted sandwiches it would help me keep eating, as I am currently not hungry to to my current medical issues. I was having an afternoon nap yesterday and i got up and thought, look for a grill, so finally I decided to have a look.

Right now I need new spectacles, and thats about a grand or near enough, and I also have to save to get my medical checks. So I didn’t want to spend too much. Anyways, I found the George Foreman Grill nearly the same as the one I used to have, for $119 and I felt that this was way too much, so i decided to not get it. over and over again I kept seeing in my head toasted sandwiches. So finally I made up my mind that i would buy one.

To my shock, this time when I searched I found a brand new one for $76.99 from farmers, this included postage, while everyone else was charging $119 without postage. So i bought it.

Often, if I doubt that I should get something I want it but refuse to buy it. But if there is a major price drop, I know that God is saying, to me, to get it. Its Gods way of saying that it is all right, it will be fine.

I found this on Coma Stretching:

Nurses and physiotherapists stretch the muscles of comatose patients primarily to prevent permanent physical complications caused by immobility. Since these patients cannot move on their own, healthcare staff perform Passive Range of Motion (PROM) exercises to manually guide limbs through their natural movements.

Key reasons for these stretches include:

  • Preventing Contractures: Without movement, muscles and tendons can shorten and tighten permanently, causing joints to become “locked” in a bent or twisted position.
  • Averting Muscle Atrophy: Prolonged immobility leads to a rapid loss of muscle mass. Regular stretching helps maintain muscle length and mechanical elasticity.
  • Maintaining Joint Integrity: Moving the limbs from shoulders to ankles ensures that joints remain flexible and mobile for when the patient potentially recovers.
  • Improving Circulation: Passive movement assists blood flow and helps reduce the risk of developing blood clots, such as deep vein thrombosis.
  • Sensory Stimulation: These stretches provide tactile input to the brain, which may help maintain neural processing and potentially aid in regaining consciousness.

AI Overview

After years of sleeping upright on a couch, the body can lose the ability to sleep flat due to severe muscle shortening (especially hip flexors), chronic stiffening of spinal joints, and a shifted sense of “comfort” in the brain. The body adapts to a C-curve spine shape, making flat surfaces painful.

Key Reasons for Inability to Sleep Lying Down:

  • Musculoskeletal Adaptation: The hip flexor muscles and back muscles shorten/tighten into a constant, flexed “sitting” position. Lying flat creates intense discomfort by forcing these muscles to stretch.
  • Spinal Changes: The spine adapts to a curved posture, causing stiffness in the vertebrae and facet joints. A flat bed puts pressure on these joints, leading to pain, notes and.
  • “Habit” Conditioning: The brain learns that it can only feel safe or comfortable falling asleep while sitting.
  • Undiagnosed Underlying Causes: Often, people sleep sitting up to alleviate hidden issues, such as acid reflux, breathing issues, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). When trying to lay flat, those issues re-emerge, making it impossible to breathe or sleep comfortably.
  • Reduced Range of Motion: Over time, the body stiffens from limited movement during the night, making it harder for the joints to adapt to a new, neutral position.

Reversing the Habit:
Neuroplasticity allows the brain to re-learn, but transitioning back to a bed requires gradual adaptation, such as using pillows to slowly lower the angle of the back over several weeks.

Disclaimer: If the inability to lay flat causes severe breathing issues (orthopnea), it could indicate a serious medical condition such as heart failure, which requires immediate medical attention.

I guess we don’t realise how vulnerable and how fragile life is until we are in a situation where we find out that we are not invincible.

All the adult cats know not to eat the kittens food, excepting Renee. She is a stubborn one and tries to eat their dinner, and also hisses at me, and swipes at the kittens. I ended up having to shoo her around the house to the other side, easy since she is scared of me, and she finally realised that there was more than enough food for her on the other side.

In this situation we suffer the anguish of being trapped by invisible walls. In this condition of fear we know not what it is that we do or why we do the things that we do – we suffer the anguish and heartache of the results of foolish choices and of hurting ourselves and others. We suffer shame, abuse, and looks from other people who simply don’t understand our problems, and probably are not interested in trying to understand.

We feel deeply alone, and even with lots of people around us the world has become a scary place of change and events that we don’t want to be a part of. We in our initial panic or worry tend to cling to those that we know because we hope that they can rescue us from this torment and make us normal again. If they cannot help then we simply struggle from situation to situation.

People who panic and live with fears can go to doctors and be given medication to calm their nerves and even in some cases be told, “its all in your mind!” and then are expected to simply get on with life. Some are told that they have a mental illness. Sadly many have become addicted to the medication that they have been given, this places a big negative on this form of ‘calming of the person”. Therapist and others in that field can offer assistance, medication and group theory.

In order for a person to “become normal” again they must face their fears. Facing our fears makes us more courageous and able to deal with life with confidence. Whatever is the problem or problems must be faced. The simple logic is this: As long as the fear exists then the chance of meeting that fear will cause problems, and also the thought of the fears, anxiety etc, will cause much stress. As long as the fear exists then the person will never be confident or able to live their life as they should do. They will always be afraid. Also their fears control their life because they will avoid things and events due to the fear of coming face to face with whatever it is that is bothering them, or they are afraid of having a new panic-attack once out of the home.

Being relaxed is very helpful so do read up on that subject and find ways that will help you relax. Nice gentle music helps. Peaceful atmosphere helps too. Tense highly strung people struggle to be relaxed and they carry around with them an aura that tends to drain people’s energy levels to lows that make us feel negative about life. If you are tense then do avoid places that have tense or angry people in them if you can. These types of people will simply keep you nervously on the edge of your seat in panic each time they explode and lose their temper, or they will simply make you nervous when they arrive home from work etc.

Here is an idea I read about some years back. Sit in a chair and gently take in deep breaths in your nose and count about 6 to 8 seconds on the inhale and breathe out your mouth for as long as 6 to 8 seconds. Get used to gently breathing like this. Don’t breathe so hard that it hurts your mouth, throat or lungs etc. We want to open the lungs up and allow lots of air into them to get the oxygen flow going which is good for your health.

This is also good for relaxation, general breathing, singing, sleeping, and helps in getting better after and illness such as a cold or flu, for swimming, diving etc. Imagine your diaphragm filling up with oxygen like you are blowing up a balloon as you inhale and letting a balloon down as you exhale.

When a person is stressed or panics they take in short breaths which don’t get oxygen to the body as well as long deep controlled breathing. Or people will hold their breath when panicking or faced with fear. This kind of breathing is associated with panic and does not calm the body like long relaxed breathing which gets right down into the body causing calmness and relaxation, that oxygen is good for us. If we learn how to control our breathing we can help maintain control of ourself. What we want to do here is steer ourselves away from panic and fear and good breathing is the first step to this goal. These breathing exercises can be done over a week period or so as you get used to them. Don’t rush into them, so this slowly and gently. Try them all out.

The next step is to sit in a very comfortable chair of your choice. With your feet flat on the floor breathe in as you did before for about 8 seconds (progress to 10 seconds with time) and tense your feet, and this time when you breathe out relax your feet and let your feet droop in a relaxed state. Next do exactly the same with your legs, hips, stomach, fingers, arms, chest, shoulders, neck and face. The idea is to concentrate on what you are doing right now, think in the “here and now” while also relaxing each part of your body bit by bit. As you pass by each part of the body it is left relaxed. Try not to think of anything in particular, just relax gently. If you cannot relax gently at first it will come to you with time.

One of the feelings of panic is thinking in fear of something that you are about to do that you are afraid of and then the body takes over in panic. You don’t even have to be there, you only need to think about it to panic. So relaxing in a chair like what I have suggested above makes you take your thoughts away from your panic and then you think about being in the chair and also you relax. With practice and time this will become and easy automatic way to relax, and you will happen in a short period of time. Then later when in public places you will be able to relax with some speed and contentment.

Satan gets into the mind and gives us thoughts of fears. Satan wants you to fail, Satan wants you to run from God’s gifts for you and Satan wants to see you miserable and scared of little things. Satan knows that a coward is no good to God or the world. Shutting those fearful thoughts out is very important if we are to face our fears and gain confident and courage. So if we find that we have negative thoughts in our mind then we need to mentally change channels, and then create a new positive happy channel and concentrate on that until the fear channel is gone.

To help clear your lungs and air passages (helps clear blocked passages etc) while also relaxing yourself try this:
Sit in a chair at a desk. Put your hands on the desktop in a relaxing position for you with your feet flat on the floor. Keep your back straight and breathe in through your mouth gently for about 6 to 10 seconds depending on what is more comfortable for you. Breathe gently out through your mouth for the same period of time. Do this for five or ten minutes. While doing this concentrate only on what you are doing and don’t let any thoughts enter your mind. This can be a way of clearing the mind of negative panic thoughts and replacing them with gentle relaxing breathing while concentrating on something else. As soon as any thoughts enter your mind push them out, don’t entertain them, listen to your breathing or concentrate on the counting. This way you are gaining control of your mind and your thought patterns and not allowing negative, or any thoughts into your mind when you want to have that total control.

Years ago when I used to panic a lot I would lie in a bed, or when I went to sleep and all those panicking thoughts would come to mind to taunt me I would breathe in for about 10 seconds and do this slowly and I would count, 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 and 10, and then I would breathe out counting the same way for the same period of time.

The idea is that while panicking thoughts or fears or worries would come to mind I would concentrate on the breathing, and the negative thoughts would disappear – they never had a choice because I would push them away. Sometimes I would imagine each Number and see it in my mind, and then the next Number etc, I would block everything out until the fears were gone. I would see the Numbers in my mind and my total focus was on the Number I saw, and that would push away all other thoughts. At other times I would concentrate on the sound of my breathing and then think of nothing but the sound of my breathing pushing other thoughts out of my mind and replacing them with relaxation and finally good thoughts.

You could practice breathing like above whenever panic or negative thoughts enter your mind. Do this everytime and eventually the negative thoughts will become less and less if you are dedicated and keep with the practice. You will also become more relaxed with time.

As time goes by we find that we are pushing away the negative thoughts in our mind and we become used to controlling those negative thoughts and either pushing them away or changing them to positive thoughts.

We must realize that there was a time when we had no fears or only a few small worries, and that is proof that we can be like that once again. If we don’t face what causes us to panic or have fears, then we will never get over it. The fear will always try to worry us and we will have anxiety because we will always try to avoid the fears and it will always be on the back of our mind no matter where we are day or night. If we look around and see other people who don’t panic then be reassured that you can be like that too, but only if you really want to and if you are dedicated to doing this right. People who are afraid will do anything to avoid what makes them afraid. They live a sad miserable avoidance lifestyle.

Try to always get right with God by doing things God’s way and living life God’s way, peacefully and gently wishing no harm to people or any living beings. Do your best to be the best person that you can be. Learn to understand who you are, and what you are, and you will find out that you are a creation of God, and God is love, so therefore you are love in your own special important way. And if you are living as God guides you then you will be love (a loving caring blessing) to other people.

Another way to relax is one way I tried years ago and to my amazement it really works. I would walk ten paces (steps) and while doing this I would breathe in my nose and then while walking the next ten paces I would breathe out my mouth and so on… At first I had to take only 6 paces for breathing in and then breathing out for 6 paces but as time went by I lengthened it as my breathing improved. Do this for about ten minutes at a time or possibly longer and you will be surprised that this can make you feel very relaxed during your day. At first it may seem hard but with time it becomes second nature and you can even do this while talking to someone walking alongside of you. Try this before you go to a meeting or are walking to a job interview etc. If you are simply going for a walk you will find this very helpful. You will be filling your body with helpful fresh oxygen and walking in nature as we humans were designed to do.

A natural way to relax is to take in oxygen and do so gently and positively. When women have babies they are encouraged to do breathing exercises. When people run they are coached how to breathe effectively and measure out their breathing so that they get good quality oxygen to the body. Singers are told to breath well and how to take in enough oxygen so that they have enough air to sing as best as they can do. Composed people breathe in carefully in stressed situations while others panic. We need those composed people to make things right.

I always admired the rugby goal-kickers who would under great pressure kick the long kicks through the posts and sometimes even with an audience yelling ‘Boo!’ as they did so. These people need their own relaxation patterns and breathe to suit the occasion.

You can lay on the floor on your stomach with your chin resting on the back of your hands and be comfortable in this position. Breathe in and notice the pressure on your stomach, it like blowing up a baloon. Try sitting up first and deep gentle breathing and then standing and practice breathing through like this.

Divers take deep breaths before a dive where they have to hold their breathe.

As we can see that breathing is important for relaxation and for living. I hope this is helpful in your life.

No person was ever born to be abused – the abuses that happen come from a society that has lost grips with its Creator and people are not focusing on good values and a good life for all.

Every person in the world is a creation, and an important part of the great Creation of all things. In a fair world all people would understand life and Creation and what life was all about. We would have a good understanding of where we fit in life and how we can be understood and be useful to others.

The work of the missionaries of the past were to bring truth and understanding to the lost tribes and peoples who practiced pagan beliefs. Many of these tribes or peoples had some very evil practices like the sacrificing of innocents, murders in sports (bad sporting behaviour and unfair play), some worshiped dead decomposing bodies, there were weird burial rituals, their gods were many various things that had no power at all.

Today a lot of these things are still happening but they have been gently introduced into our lifestyle so that they will be accepted so that people can live for the “self”, while ignoring the pain and suffering all around them. In many ways it is acceptable to turn away from suffering (“Its none of my business.” “Why should I get involved?” “Its their life, they got themselves into this mess, now they can get themselves out of that mess.” etc).

In the past the majority of people were gently introduced to pagan beliefs and actions because they were told that it was for their own good, and that they deserved to enjoy the joys of the world, and that they deserved respect simply because they were born. They were told that sacrifices need to be made for the growth of the economy and for the greater good of harvesting etc. Read some history books about tribes and people of the past and you will be amazed at what they did to ensure good crops, or what the masses accepted even while it was destroying their own lives.

Looking out of the square is seeing the atrocities that are being committed all around us, and what is really happening. To look out of the square we need to be open-minded and not proudly narrow-minded.

A society that gives no hope for the heart and focuses on every individual chasing their own selfish dream puts us all up against one another in an impossible race, to prove that we are worth something in a world that often doesn’t care. Plastic people living for the material things and for the satisfaction of the self. It reminds me of a ants nest with people (ants) pushing against one another to be a success in their personal field, or sports, or whatever, and in the process ignoring those trampled on and hurt because that will slow them down from acquiring their next goal, the next step in their career.

A society that creates fear from the way that the people are brought up will produce many people who will not have the courage to go and do anything to stop the atrocities around them. People may have a lot to say, but it isn’t what they say that will stop things bad from happening, it is what they do that really counts. It is by repenting and wanting a new life that our own world really wakes up, and we realise that we were once blinded by society to accept what is clearly wrong. But the wrongs are only ‘clearly wrong’ in our mind once we have put away our old ways and decided that we want to become new in Gods ways.

This is why God’s people need to be wise, have their eyes open to what is happening all around them. and they need the courage (as the missionaries of old had by facing cannibals and other violent peoples) to do something about what they see that is wrong.

Courage is very important for all of us. God loving people who live God’s ways need courage and the strength to stand strong (and even alone if need be) to change the world and bring the people back to God so that they can live peaceful loving lives once again.

Today we have many lost people. To bring a person to God is about Salvation, eternal security and also a new life – the new life brings joy and happiness to those who know the new changed person. Some will reject that person’s new ways and some won’t.

Christ brings hope. We are to bring hope to all, we are to love unconditionally, we are to teach everyone and not judge people.

We are to bring the truth, the faith, hope and a new life to those who are willing to repent and change. But one very important thing that we are supposed to do is to open peoples eyes up to seeing where society is blinding them so that they too can live a new life and they too can make a difference and help stop the suffering that the rest of society is accepting.

All the best from James M Sandbrook.

Serendipity is the occurrence of valuable or pleasant discoveries by chance, often described as a “happy accident” or fortunate accident. Coined by Horace Walpole in 1754, it refers to finding something good without actively searching for it. The term is often associated with scientific breakthroughs and lucky, unplanned discoveries.
