I love their reactions, but I don’t remember what it is like. It must be nice.

I think that I am losing about half a kg a week, something like that. It’s 10 degrees and I am freezing, the reason is because when you lose fat you get really cold. Brrrrr.

I had an old Hi-Vis I put a pocket on about 3 years ago, it was badly frayed and looked a mess, so I thought, make a new pocket, and then the penny dropped. I didn’t need a new pocket, all I needed to do was put a new cover of material over it. So I got another old hi-vis but in better condition and cut out a square, but enough to cover the ole pocket and hemmed it, and then sewed it on and now it looks like a new pocket 🙂

John the Baptist was an extremely clever man, very intelligent, and not afraid of anyone, that is why he took on Salome’s father. So why did John just sit in his cell and let them kill him? He had a huge following, he knew Jesus, he clearly had God’s support and protection. Why did John not try to get away? Because John had given up on Salome, he knew that she was killing him, and was dedicated to her mother and her paretns cause, and not even love could save John.

Jesus made several notable statements about John the Baptist, calling him the greatest prophet born to a woman, therefore John was the Prophet and Jesus was his disciple, and John and Salome were supposed to save the world, but Salome was like Lots wife,. she wanted all the glory she got from being a victim and from her carnal satanic past.
It takes years to become Born Again, and Salome had been through those years, and finally she made her choice, which was for John to die in misery while she and her family profited from John’s death. Mary, once she did her time to become Born Again saved her man.

Jesus loved and admired John because John taught Jesus all that Jesus new and John made Jesus Born Again, and the new Prophet, and Jesus could only help the world with his bride, the Holy Grail, the heavily soiled and tainted Mary who was now, like Jesus, Born Again. Both cleansed of the past to start a new to help others becomes as they were.

Ezer (עֵזֶר) is a Hebrew word, frequently used in the Old Testament, that signifies strength, rescue, and protection rather than passive assistance. While often translated as “helper” (specifically in Genesis 2:18 regarding Eve), it is commonly used to describe God as a powerful protector.

Core Meanings of Ezer

  • Strong Ally: Ezer denotes a rescuer or ally, often in a military context. It is not a subordinate or “servant” role.
  • Divine Aid: Out of 21 occurrences in the Old Testament, 16 refer to God as the ezer (help/protector) of His people.
  • “Ezer Kenegdo”: In Genesis, Eve is called an ezer kenegdo (helper suitable/opposite him), interpreted as a strong, equal partner or counterpart who stands alongside the man.

Basically Eve, Salome, etc, if they were truly Born Again, had to completely turn from their past, (something that Lots wife and Salome were not able to do by personal choice), were to become the mens’ (men who they were given as husbands and misguidedly tortured (crucified) for years) saviors, protectors, helpers, to rescue them and then protect them. This was a very important calling for Eve, Mary, and the rests lives.

If they failed to obey the call of God and their Hearts, they were obviously not born again and were in their inner core always satanic. Not any use to God nor humankind.

Key Takeaways

  • Strength over Subservience: The term is used in the Bible to describe God’s saving power, which indicates that the “helper” role is one of dignity and strength.
  • Military Nuance: It is closely connected to concepts of battle, acting as a shield or defender.
  • Purpose: It means “a warrior in a battle that cannot be won alone”. – AI Overview.
