A Pastors Views May not be God’s Views.

When a person tells you that poverty does not exist you know that they are ‘not connected’ with the common folk.

A Pastor said it recently that there was no poverty in New Zealand.
°
People, middle class and above, they become fat at the waist, fat with pride in their head, fat on the butt from settling back on their false beliefs, and fat in personal self importance.
°
They cannot see a truth because of they did then their conscience would tell them to give away their money and material gain to help those in poverty.

So they delude themselves to protect themselves from giving away their money and goods.

They have become people who talk of charity, and yet live deceiving themselves, they are not doers of love.
°
Many believe that people are poor from choice, stupidity, it is their own fault etc. These are Duh comments.

So when the person is crippled by a serious accident they chose that?
When a person gets a disease, they wanted that?
When a families life gain is stolen, they wanted that?

These are all no-brainer thoughts.

Some people in middle class have distanced themselves so much from others suffering that they become people who suffer apathy, they lack empathy, and they are not good Samaritans.
°
But if you hear them talk they are good Samaritans, but they believe this because they have deluded themselves.

Jesus made it clear, live a simple life, give away your riches to the poor to help them out. But if a person pretends that there are no poor, then they can satisfy themselves selfishly and hold on to all that they have, and accumulate even more money and material gain.
