Please consider who God would ask to do His work. He would obviously choose those who did not use the tools of evil. If they used revenge, violence, pride, raging anger, gossip etc then they are not who God would use because those tools are the ones that do the work of evil.

Like the carpenter, he must use the correct tools to do that work. If he used the tools of a nurse then he would have a hard time doing his carpentry work. God uses love to elp people and so much God’s workers to get the results that God wants of them.

Proverbs Chapter 16, verses 17-20:

The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul. Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy is he.

So you see that God must use the correct person.

A thing that history has shown is that people struggle to accept the people/person that God calls to do His will because God’s people/person is severely judged and misunderstood, feared and disliked by the current religious people because they fear losing their positions of power in the church. The public tend to see some value in God’s workers but those of pride and of high positions in society can struggle to see how a poor, meek, humble soul can help them in any way. Their goals are not the same as God’s goals. Their wants are not the same as the things that God wants to give them. They enjoy being prideful, it gives them false confidence, they don’t want to become new and take away what they have become comfortable with having.

The Bible tells us that God will use the meek and humble to do His work and that is obvious. God will raise the lesser person and lowers the prideful. God needs the humble to help Him becaus ethe humble will listen to god and will also allow themselves to be instruments to further God;’s work on earth. The humble put others ahead of themselves. The humble want to see God succeed and people grow in God’s ways because they put others before themselves.

Luke Chapter 14, verse 11:

For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

To lower in rank, prestige, or esteem.

Elevated in rank, character, or status.

People when they have accidents become believers in Christ because they have had their Belief-System shattered. They know now that what they previously believed in wasn’t true. The shock of a mishap or accident wakes them up. As it does also to many who all of a sudden face death. And the same can be said for those who have had serious mental issues and they realized as they got better that what they once believed in was false. People in all these situations are at a meek state that allows them to open their eyes and they start to see God’s work in their lives.

1 Corinthians Chapter 1, verses 27-28:

But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:

Proverbs Chapter 8, verse 13:

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

James Chapter 4, verse 6-7:

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

James Chapter 4, verse 10:

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Titus Chapter 3, verse 2:

To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

God is clearly asking us to change and become humble, meek, kind and to learn how to love as God is love.

Matthew Chapter 23, verses 10-12:

Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Many of the current world see meek, honest, just people as weak as easy to hurt and rip off. But any one of these could be someone that God is raising to help the lost in the world today.

One of our major aims should be to be a meek humble God loving person who is giided by the good values taught in the Bible. We should submit to God’s guidance and Gods will because it is the best thing for us.
