Helping People grow!

I was reading a book and the author stated that we had a Robot. I found that a strange thing to read. But it makes sense, as the Robot seems to be Our Habits.
He said that when we walked alongside another person we would talk, look at that person, laugh, and all our attention was focused on that person, yet our body still walks along perfectly without us thinking about each step. We don’t think about taking the step, we just do it.

Before you get into the shower each morning you brush your teeth, or maybe you do this after you have the shower, but you don’t think about it because the action is automatic, you jsut do it because you have always done it, it is a daily habit.
And when you think about it, it does seem like we are part Robot and we do many many things without thinking, they are just actions that we do automatically each and every day.

One of the reasons why people struggle going from one environment to another is that theya re forced to change their routine, and they have to rearrange or change their comfortable habits for new ones.
people who find that their country is suddenly in a war and the area has become a war zone, and this causes the people all sorts of struggles, like getting food, clean water, no more job, no school, and so on. Habits must change sometimes.

Habit Stacking is kind of like adding a habit to another.
For example:
You get out of the shower, have a coffee and check Facebook.
