What others think of us.

Please never give up on yourself, you are only seeing your life from your view. Much more is happening around you that you have no idea about.

Example:

On two separate occasions when my wife worked for welfare she had to help two different women at different times. Both saw her that her last name was Sandbrook, so they asked her if she married James Sandbrook, and she said, “Yes!”

Both females told her how they had a crush on me, and one said that she followed me around school for about 2 years and she said that I never noticed her.

When my wife told me this I didn’t recognize either woman’s name or description.

I had very little confidence during my teenage years, and I was sure that females saw me as unattractive and a loser (something others had installed in my soul growing up). So amongst this adoration I never noticed either of them.

And yes, both were pretty and nice, and both claimed that years later they were disappointed that I never noticed them.

The example shows that we have no idea what other people think of us, or whether someone has an infatuation, crush, wants to be our friend, or is in love with us.

This is why we should always have hope, faith and just get on with life. We really do not know what is happening around us, or who is thinking of us and who we will meet in the near future.

And as far as romance is concerned that special one could come into your life soon, please don’t give up, just get on with your life being the best that you can be.
