A preacher once told of the parrot, a good sort, who one day hung out with the wrong crowd with devastating results.

The farmer was having dinner with his family when he heard a ruckus outside. So he grabbed his old scattergun (shotgun) and ran out to his crops nearby.
He saw a group of crows which he surprised and he fired in the middle of them. A few dead crows fell and also the family parrot fell dead to the ground, who had got out of her cage that morning.

It was not the parrots destiny to be killed like this until the parrot joined the wrong crowd.

Who we mingle with makes a big difference to our future. Not only does bad company corrupt good manners, they can lead us to bad people, they can lead us into dangerous situations and bad times.
