When we are trying to help people to rise above the lost ways of society we can feel discouraged when we see the likes of the people that are leading others astray be risen in societies eyes. Think of it this way, if the majority of people are lost to common-sense and their true worth, then they will obviously flock to the things that they have been encouraged to accept as they grew up. They don’t know better. Our work is to teach them a better more worthy way to live, to have respect for themselves, and to learn of love, forgiveness and charity etc.

 

When the missionaries of the past went to the countries where war, cannibalism, head hunting etc was the normal thing to do, the missionaries had a huge job ahead of them. Only armed with faith, hope, love and their Bible they set to their honourable work of changing lives and bringing love tot he lost. They believed in God, and they put their lives on the line to bring love, encouragement, God and a new way to live to the people who were taking part in such devastating sinful lifestyles.

The missionaries had to teach the people that there was another way to live. A way that didn’t involve those sins that the native people had as part of their accepted society. A totally new Belief-System had to be taught to the native people to make them understand in their inner-soul that they could have a much more gentle meaningful life.

 

They had to completely convince these native people that they were lost in sinful living and that human life was worth much more than what they believed at this time.

The natives were shown a more loving lifestyle. Many were shown what marriage was between a man and a woman, and what being faithful was, and how to raise a family until that lived in harmony with one another. Some had to be taught to respect their own children because they didn’t know that this was required of a good parent for the good of the parent and child’s relationship. They didn’t know these simple basics of life.

Some natives in some nations were actively taking part in sexual child abuse and incest, and these were accepted practices amongst these people. They really had no idea that what they were doing was wrong because this was the accepted way to live in their society, they have been brought up to accept that this was a good way to live, after all “everybody does it” (sound familiar, like the lost masses today). The missionaries were able to change this way of living in these peoples minds and helped to turn complete nations around to a new way of life.

 

Sadly in many of those nations governments from other nations came in and took over the lands and greed set in. But the original work was a work of much love and faith, and that is what we need here in the world today. And we can do it. So please don’t be discouraged when you see God’s enemies being risen by a lost society. God will not be mocked. And woe to those who call evil good, they will get their just rewards when their times comes up, they have worked hard to lead people to sinful living, they have earned their rewards that are coming to them because they refuse to repent and get right with the people that they have hurt and to get right with Christ.

Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

One thing that we must consider and that is that as long as the society is lost in its thinking, then what is bad, and useless will remain popular. There is no need to feel frustrated or upset. God will not be mocked and it will all come out all right in the end.

It can feel a struggle when in your heart what you really want to do is to make people happier and to help change their lives for the better of all and society keeps lifting up the sinners that lead innocents astray. Time will tell, and people will become known for their true nature and true value.

 

Please don’t give up, for your own good, and for the good of those that you will humbly inspire in the future.

Remember that weakness is what you are trying to show people how to avoid.

 

God is with those who are doing His honourable works for the better of the world. Please keep your faith.

Remember always that God is Love, and our walk is the Walk of Love that will inspire and bring a new life to the masses. We will get out just rewards too. Be confident in that.
