The Bad Things In Life

The Bad Things In Life, the very things that you once saw as a normal accepted thing to do, are now seen by you as unacceptable. You have changed your view towards these things because you have learnt, slowly through time and gentle prodding by your more advanced Christian friends and your own growth as a Christian that has been guided by God that your old views were wrong. You also understand now why it is that you couldn’t see the wrong in the old ways, and this is due to your mind needing to be in the correct frame of mind to understand the errors of your old ways.

We must grow slowly and steadily as children being fed milk until we are old enough mentally to accept the true food of mature knowledge. Time, love and patience are very important in our growth. With our growth comes “understating”. With understanding comes knowledge and more deeper understanding, and then a sure knowledge of the truth – the truth of the world and the truth of God.

You now understand why you couldn’t, and why your friends now can’t (for now) understand what is right and wrong and how these things genuinely affect us during our lives and after our physical body dies. To understand is to know much, to know much is to be wise. And be wise you will be “if” you try and don’t lose patience permanently, instead we must keep knocking at the door of knowledge, keep in prayer, keep trying, keep wondering, until we to find the truth and love of God.

With the knowledge that we persons have made what feels like a dreadful mistake in doing things that we are greatly ashamed of we must endeavour to remember that the things of the past have passed, and we have become knew. With our new-self we are a different person in the ways of that wonderful man of the past Jesus Christ. A born again Christian is not new until he or she changes in many, many ways.

All the best from
