There are two ways we can understand a trial, challenge or struggles.

• One is to let the challenges and trials of life control us, and react pessimistically, feel defeated and collapse under the strain.

• The other is to understand that these things that come into our life that are challenges, struggles, hard times, are the very experiences that make us stronger and more able to cope in life.

It helps if we have the right attitude to them, then we can pull each challenge apart, see what options we have, see what fears could be valid or are just our imagination blowing them up when they have no truth at all.

You see, if we go into each difficulty with the view that we will learn from it, we can do the best that we can and come out of it wiser and with more knowledge than when we first faced it, then we are hopeful of what the outcome will be, we can see that we can be the winner here, and even if we don’t win this round we very well may win the next round because we are more wiser from the battle of the first round.

When we realise that life is just a long series of experiences that are good and bad we can see that we can have fun times when things are going good, and we can be that warrior, fighter, succeeder, and accomplish so much self confidence and courage from the rough and tumble times that we all have to face from time to time.

Attitude and seeing things as they really are makes a huge difference in how things will turn out for us here and now, and in the future.
