Modern Criminal Behaviour.

The modern successful criminal,appears to be the “friends” of the law, people who are crafty enough while having a good local reputation and are close in with members of the law/judicial system., that they would never ever be questioned about their word or accused of anything.
At the start of an investigation there is always some minor evid3ence, but this is quickly discarded by people int he law system because they know these so-called “good people” that there is no doubt in the laws mind that these people are being picked on and the evidence in thrown away.
This is how crimes such as pedophile rings and so fon are able to operate and be out of reach of the law, the people are often white, wealthy, above the law, so they would never be considered questionable and if they are seen doing something suspicious or their behaviour brought to the attention to the law the case (not that it gets tot he stage of being a case most times) is dropped.
