Opening Your Presta Valve when it is Stuck.
When I go cycling I take with me a small piece of sandpaper to use to loosen the nut on the Presta Valve.
Just put the piece of sandpaper over the nut and grip with two fingers and turn.
The grip will loosen the round nut.
