Discernment.

In Christian religious thinking some people think that people don’t have discernment.
Some people have special tasks and are born with discernment, it is a “gift”, but it can seem like hell at times while dealing with people who don’t have discernment.

It is a”sense”, an ability to see good and bad in people, to sense spiritual possession, to sense a good and bad situation, etc.

It is like having GPS while others are fumbling with paper maps etc.

The person who has discernment is well ahead in knowledge, judgement and intuition to those who are not born with it.

For instance in an argument, the person with discernment can sense that he or she is being “set-up”, tricked, and also can tell when he or she is being led astray.

The person who has discernment can sense evil bring done and who by.

Discernment can be trampled down by abuse, depression, mental diseases etc.

But once a person has come out of depression etc, then he or she learns to trust their instincts over what people tell them.

Less goes wrong in this person’s life as they become more “in tune” with their spiritual nature and they trust themselves more and more.

People who don’t have discernment get very frustrated with the person who has discernment because they cannot sense what the person who has discernment can. The non discerning person is still looking at the paper map trying to trace with his or her finger where to go, while the person with discernment is already on his or her way.

People who don’t have discernment can think that people who have discernment are mentally unstable. Many people who don’t have discernment have titles and important positions in the world, and they get very angry and frustrated with people who have discernment coming along from a non-titled position and then trying to suggest new better ways, or correcting the pastor, teacher or boss etc.

These people with titles studied degrees to know what they know, and then along comes a person who “is a nobody” who corrects the titled self-important person and tells them of a better way to live, and those of power get nasty.

The people who are not born with discernment can gain it by becoming humble, loving, charitable etc.

Those who refuse to change stay blind and lost forever, always angry and jealous of the people who have discernment.

All the best from
