I have a personal opinion about social media. And that opinion is that the world’s white collar crime control world media to a fair degree, but no one can halt the cries of “unfair”, the calls for “justice and honesty”, and the free speech of the people on the likes of Facebook.
I was in arguments on social media here in Tokoroa, and some guys got at me with bully tactics trying to protect the local council who I was debating about. These bully types were trying to make me shut up, but I cited free speech and that they must be dictator types trying to kill the freedom and free speech of the people, and after that they had to leave me alone. 🙂
Many go on about free speech, but when it comes to arguments that will get them into trouble then they dislike free speech. But we must keep them honest by having our say, especially when we are defending the innocent who have no voice and who cannot defend themselves.
