God can make plans for you that involve other people, but until the plan has been activated (probably by you having faith in God and doing something [following God’s guidance etc]) the other person/people, have no idea that you are going to be a part of their future, or that God has brought you together for His future will that will benefit others lives.
It can often seem like people, other people, know what God is doing, or how those people are affecting your life. But they may not know what is going on either. They may see no connection at all, but you see the connection that God has shown you.
We are not all growing spiritually at the same rate, so we see God’s work differently, and at different levels of godly spiritual levels of understanding and maturity.
God may choose to show you what He is doing in others lives and not show them, but He may expect you to let them know when you have the courage to do so. In a case like this, that person or people’s lives will sit in limbo waiting for your spiritual growth, courage and confidence to grow enough so that you will act on God’s guidance, and then together you will all do God’s will in harmony with God’s Blessings.
