We must realise that happiness is not a constant thing.
For instance you won’t be happy when your dog dies, or a window breaks. You can still feel happiness in a sense in such times or maybe a sense of gratefulness that you have someone with you to help share the hard times with, and to help hold you up when it gets just a little too much of a struggle and hard to bare.
Having a lot of fame will not make you happy, and neither would a lot of money. Some rich and famous movies stars and rock stars divorce, commit suicide, are often going into rehabilitation clinics etc, they are clear examples that fame and fortune may relieve some struggles, but they bring their own sufferings, struggles and price to pay.
A person is more able to be happy when he or she can cope in life in many situations and with maturity. Feeling able to react in a positive useful manner in any situation makes one feel in control, emotions are stable, breathing regular, and feeling confidence, courageous and capable really makes a person feel happy.
Also knowing that we are in the safe arms of people who really do care for our health, and people that we can rely on and feel comfortable with in any occasion.
Happiness is being where you really want to be, with who you really want to be with, and doing the things that you really feel that you believe in and are comfortable doing.
All the best from
