One of the lessons that we get from childhood onwards is to learn who to trust & who to be careful of. Social interaction with people teaches us who we can trust as long as our family is trustworthy, otherwise we can be mislead. If this is the case we have to learn about honesty by ourself through learning from people from outside our family circle. We may have to unlearn dishonest behaviour we had been previously taught. Honesty is the best policy for a good life.
