Life is this hard because we are forcing ourselves to depart from a natural spiritual life in favour of a depressing materialistic life of slavery.

If we go back to the basics of parenting, loving and eating and drinking well, we will go to bed in the arms of someone we love, drifting into peaceful sleep.
