You Need Exercise.

To keep motivated and healthy you should exercise.

If you see exercise as a need and not a want you can make yourself take part in the exercise of your choice.
A real downer of not exercising for some of us is that we put on weight if we are not regularly burning energy.

I Fasted 40 days with no solids and lost weight on my entire body except my tummy, I lost about half the size of my tummy, but I still had a chubby tummy.
Some of us are just big built, and if we put on too much weight we can feel that the fight is a waste of time and we can give up.
For the thin and big built people exercise is a must. It is good for the soul, for motivation, for our stamina, for keeping strength up, and for our general mental and physical health.

I highly recommend that you find (if you have not already) a sport that keeps you active physically. For me it is cycling and martial arts. Both good for confidence, physical health, stamina, strength and mental health.
Find the sport you like and then get to it. Regular sport is good for the soul. Maybe you could join  sports grup, take part in competition, or just train on your own as I do. Tai Chi is better for older people, but young people participate in this form of exercise as well.

Once you are active in  sport refuse to stop, keep going and make it a very important part of your day. Sure you can have days off, but always get back into your sport soon, so that the bad habit of laziness does not get you.

All the best from
James Martin Sandbrook.
