The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” – George Bernard Shaw.
Some people need to talk.
Sometimes they think that some form of valuable informative communication has happened and that they can assume that a situation is as it has been told to he or she, but the reality is that real communication between the two never happened.

Pretending to ourselves that communication has taken place and that it is true and final is telling ourselves a comfortable lie.
A lie that we will deeply regret later on.
Communicate directly with the person that you need to communicate with. One on one, face to face. Only then will you get the facts, and only then will the truth be known to you, and only then will you be set free.
