When you do something wrong…

When you do something wrong, or you do something that you shouldn’t have done some people like to say to us that we “should have done this” or “we should have done that” and when we hear their explanation of what we should have done we can lower our head with shame and regret.

The same can happen when we make a mistake, or do something the wrong way. Our mind can come up with a list of “You should have…” growlings.

And if we allow this to happen (remember society tells us that what we hear in our mind must come from our own mind) then a deep feeling of shame and worthlessness can overcome us.

Be wise, know who your real enemies are.

All the best from James M Sandbrook.
