A pilot sacked for refusing to get the Covid vaccine has won a court battle after challenging his former employer.
Philip Tighe-Umbers was one of the most senior pilots for Jetconnect, which supplies crew to Qantas.
He was fired in April 2022 for not complying with the Covid-19 vaccination order.
He said Jetconnect unjustifiably dismissed him.
Tighe-Umbers said Jetconnect also failed to consider putting him on unpaid leave as an alternative to sacking him.
In a newly released decision, the Employment Court said a vaccination order requiring certain workers to get the vaccine took effect in April 2021.
Air crew members were included in this group in July 2021, a few weeks before the Delta lockdown.
The order required affected people to get their first vaccine dose by the end of that September, and their second dose no later than 35 days after the first.
Mental Health Minister Matt Doocey said “it’s not good enough” the Ministry of Health can’t show its problem gambling strategy works. David Fisher reports.
A high-powered commission has castigated the Ministry of Health for trying to take $92 million off the gambling industry to pay for problem gambling solutions, when it can’t prove the solutions actually work.
The nation’s independent gambling regulator, the Gambling Commission, has issued a damning report into the Ministry’s approach, saying it was “impossible to judge whether the services actually reduced gambling harm”.
The report recommended mental health minister Matt Doocey and internal affairs minister Brooke van Velden reject the Ministry’s request to increase a levy on the gambling industry from $76 million to $92m over the next three years.

How Do You Know That You Are Saved?
When you have taken away all of your past ways, beliefs, habits, discarded family and friends – especially their beliefs and thinking, and you are a new person 100% then you are Saved.
You are not saved by following a church system, nor a religion, because your walk is between you and God.
All Things Must Become New for you, and you are Mature, responsible, capable, define your own life with God at your side, you believe in the wholesome family unit, fairness as God see’s it, your heart is Empathetic, and you have completely departed from lusts, addictions, immoral living, and you have righted the wrongs you took part in, in your past, and you have made things right for people who you harmed and hurt.
Always look at your current life and ask yourself “Am I in an old Pattern?”
For instance, “Have you done this before with another person?”
Are you repeating a pattern that ended up being very bad or are you really doing something new?
A thing about Narcissists is that they know how we failed in relationships in the past, and they also know what buttons were pushed in our minds that caused us to do what we should not have done.
Remember please, God always offers a way out, but its up to you (not God) to take the way out or to stay trapped and miserable.
The easiest way to abuse you is to try to use the old methods of the past that you fell for, what worked is what the Narcissist wants to know about, and in casual conversation you unintentionally give them all the information they need to seduce, abuse, and treat you badly – the idea is to get you back to familiar territory, familiar actions, familiar habits, and the next thing you know you are unintentionally on your part reliving a toxic bad relationship that you had in the past with a new Narcissist manipulator.
Once you have fallen in to the groove of the past its much harder to get out of it,
so as soon as you recognize the trap get out fast.
When you realise that a local Council or School Board, or Authority group can be Woke, you can see that they are the authority that you must deal with. If you are not a Woke thinker, then you are plain out of luck if you want fairness.
They see as they see, and what you believe is of no interest to them because they live an agenda, a control system of which they demand that all must adhere to because they do. There is a lot of pride and ego in this, because anyone who actually believes the Woke Ideas is Immature, because Woke is irrational and foolish thinking to a Mature person.
Now, being Woke is not a crime, but it is a crime to go against Woke thinkers or entire authority groups who have some form of power and control over people.
This entire system is incredibly unfair, but due to everyone being afraid to offend, and that to our horror the laws can actually defend the Woke Authorities and their Immature Irrational Beliefs, people are afraid to stand up to them, and if they do the law backs the Irrational and Childish Immature Woke people.
This mens that Mature rational people who genuinely want true fairness and actual equal rights will be called racists, be accused of being judgmental, cruel, unfair and bullies – while in reality those of the Woke Authority are actually all those things.
Immature people cannot see the cruelty or unfairness within themselves. People love to see themselves as heroes, but since they don’t actually want to really fight, they don’t join an army, nope, they simply find a cause and fight for it, implement it, and feel like a hero when they take on the people who they are forcing to agree with their foolish thinking.
This protection of the foolish and people being afraid to speak out is why society is declining in common sense and courage.
In order for the cowards to keep pushing their foolish thinking, they demand that everyone is a coward and stay submissive to what the Narcissist Immature Minds actually think is common sense and logical.
When the Police back them up it just cements their belief in their foolishness.
Years ago I was badly mistreated by a female, and she was in a bad situation and I wanted o help her get away to get her life in to gear, and I loved her.
She, unknown to me, was immature, liberal, and had no idea what love was. You see, those who know love hurt in the heart. Those who don’t know love hurt in the mind, they that what they have been through should hurt deep within, so their materialistic apathetic minds create some sort of mental sob-story that they don’t really experience.
Years later now, I have for some years now, wished that she would one day actually feel love, you know, hurt as I did, and feel the struggle, tears, longing, and such – not for my sake, not for revenge, but so that from that moment on she would understand how she shattered my life, broke my heart, and did some damage.
Thus, from that moment on she would approach each new relationship with more care, aware of the damage that she did to me, and the damage that could happen to the next guy, also aware of the damage that she could do also to herself.
Growing Up, being Mature, is understanding that there is no rule book saying that life is guaranteed to be fair, but also being very aware that it is actually up to us humans to make life fair for humans, animals, and the environment/planet.
We, you and I, are the one’s who were designed to police the world with Empathy and Love, having cmpassin for all, but being very rational and careful about it, while trying to maintain a good life for us all as best as we can – this means not taking advantage of those who actually need us.
Its pretty darn cruel if someone needs your help for you to take advantage of the situations so that you could profit from someone’s suffering.
If we are mature we can wish the best of a good life for our enemies, but also hope that they pay for their crimes, and be responsible and mature about it.
God’s goal is not to make us pay, but for us to change, become new, become Mature, fair, decent, good, have strong Empathetic bonds with one another, and putting others who are in need first to help them back up on their feet and getting back to life as best that they can.
I try not to wish my enemies harm, but I do want them to face justice for the wronsg that they have commited, because this is only fir. But the reality is that if they were fair they would not need to ehar from me that they be responsible, own up, and make things right – they are supposed to feel this, understand this, and as Martin Luther said when facing what seemed certain death for him. he refused to bow down and run away, “Here I stand, I can do no other, God help me.”, he also said, “Peace if possible, truth at all costs“.
People today I am sad to say, do more bowing down to their captors and weak authority, thus allowing their own family and children to be used, abused, and to suffer needlessly.
When there ws certain death looming on Martin Luther and he was mentally wondering what would happen, what would God allow, he was kidnapped by a sympathetic Knight/Lord and hid away so that the Pope was not able to kill him.
God always offers a way out, and God always wants Justice.

God interferes in our lives to stop us taking the easy way out, the cowards path, and God keeps pushing us in the direction that will change our lives, heals us, remove our addictions and issues and makes us be at peace with God, the human race, and those who are the most important to us.
But, do please remember this, God is Love, Spiritual Love, so what do you think that God is trying to wake you up so that you can have?
God will chastise, correct us, and then one day, God will let us do what we persist we must do, the wrong thing. The worse day for us all, is when we know that what we are doing is wrong and God is not stopping us from doing it, because that means God has done all He can, and there is no more to be done, thus all you will listen to is Satan and your ego, pride and self.
The Maori today deserve nothing from the other races of New Zealand, because the Maori today enjoy the benefits of modern living and nothing was personally done against them, and if it were put int he right perspective we can see that the benefits that the Maori of today enjoy are payment enough anyway.
None of the people alive today did any harm to the Maori of the past, thus we don’t owe the Maori tribes of today anything, so its a good time for the Maori tribe leaders to stop playing the victim and to man up like the rest of us have to and get on with life.
In the early 1990’s when my children were going to Cargill School, the Principal at that time wanted the children to be half English-Half Maori speaking, and I disagreed. I said it should be the child’s choice or the parents choice.
We were getting Newsletters, and I was told that the ones I was getting were special because we were a “Maori Family”.
I had a meeting with the Principal and she told me, in tears, that the children needed to be learning Maori in math and all subjects, and my argument was that math is hard enough as it is, adding Maori learning just made it a lot harder and the children would actually learn less math due to learning more Maori.
I also said that it was against human rights, the rights of other races, that they were not allowed the “special Newsletters” that were only being given to Maori Families. To me that is racists. The “other families” also had no idea that they were being pushed out, and that they were not getting all the schools newsletters.
She was crying and was horrified about what I said and I told her that I was removing my children from her school, and I took them to Balmoral School.
I was told years later that she died of cancer.
I remember when Helen Clark tried to get Maori images and names/words copyrighted etc, so that if you had a sign and you used a Maori type image, or a Maori word, you would have to pay a fee to some Maori organization. It was madness, money for nothing, but overseas of course people ignored NZ and used them anyway because it would have cost the NZ Government (the tax payers) huge amounts of money to take them to court.
This new Maori/Iwi control thing happening around the country is probably due to the billions of dollars given to Maori tribes over the last few decades, and since Money-Talks they are putting financial pressure on local councils and possibly government to get their way and to get more money.
Because we have, for the last 60 years, allowed more and more of the not-normal to become accepted and “normal”,some people find that they wish that they could go back to days where “this was that” and not some puple haired persons fantasy that they claim to be reality.
Its all very interesting people making claims, and people in power attacking what they see as cruel and unfair.
There is nothing in our human documentation/DNA that states that Life is Fair.
We all want life to be fair, just and honest, but people are so immature today that they fantasize things in their minds and then claim that it is unfair to contest against their Wild Imaginings/fantasizes.
fair, is actually being responcible, rational, logical and using common sesne where all people are treated fair, and not just some minority groups put above others.
The Blueprint came from Feminism, where the female was given more right than men and children, then homosexuals were given rights, respect, and then Trans, then whatever else they imagine.
Because it worked for Woman’s Rights, then it was tried here there and everywhere, but now claims are being made that really do no make any sense, yet millions think that they make sense.
But of course the women had no money, no power, no women in high places, so how did they succeed so well? The claim is that the wealthy fully funded them covertly, so that the donations appeared to come from other places, and this is how the movement grew.
There is a video on YouTube where a man claims that the Modern Woman’s Rights Movement was created by the worlds wealthy, where they decided that they were making a fortune on mens taxes, why not bring women in to it and do the same, to increase their tax incomes (It is well known problem in all countries where billions of dollars each year are unaccounted for) and company earnings, much like with the Black Lives Matter got huge million dollar donations from the wealthy to keep it running and causing disruption, it was claimed that all the Women’s Rights original protests and such in the early 1970’s were actually paid for by these wealthy men.
They wanted to see if women were so stupid as to put themselves before their husbands, children, and demand more and more, growing in power and the wealthy making much more money from the women’s involvement in the workforce. They wanted to see if men would bow down to women, still respect and adore them as the women tore the wholesome family life apart for their own selfish demands.
The women back then saw themselves as victims and demanded from the men their support and participation, or no sex, and no dinner on the table and so on. The rest is history because the men did as they were told.
The man claims that the super wealthy use us as pawns, and just for fun, because they have the wealth and power to do so, they invent causes, and finance things like Woke, to see how stupid the middle-class and poor are etc.
The new Superman movie is said to be the next Hollywood Woke movie. Many say they won’ see i, the trailer didn’t impress me. But many critics claim that the new movie is being victimized.
What is wrong with Liberal and Woke is a deep lack of responsibility. Many people want us to feel sorry for groups of people, and they want them to be given love, respect, care, equality or like Feminism more than that men and children are getting.
We seem to have hit an area now where people want people to be responsible, thus if you stuffed up own up, get it fixed, do your good part, and stop whining about how unfair life is.
The problem with Woke is the large amount of belief in irrational thinking such as Trans in woman’s sports, many genders and such. The people are claiming such and such, doing permanent damage to people’s lives, and then calling the world as cruel if they are made to be accountable for the wrongs that they are committing.
People have a growing desire for their sons to be males, females to be females, and for them to grow up as their gender is, and then be responsible decent people according to their values, honour, and so on.|
But so much Woke has seeped in to society that its hard to remove it – like the adoration of the Jesus-God belief, its so deep in world literature, thinking, history, religion, and general life, that its hard for God to bring the Truth back to the world.
God’s way is that we own up, do our part, be courageous when we need to be, and stand up for those who cannot defend themselves.
Gods warning is that if we don’t do as He suggests, then we will pay, in the natural universal laws, for what we do wrong, for our cowardice, for our satanic living and defending people who have done people wrong.
In fact when people defend and protect bad people they are stopping the bad people from facing justice, thus they will suffer more for your help than just get it over and done with and pay for their crimes right here and now.
