Remove the fear of failure from your mind.
Replace it with encouragement and belief in yourself.
Idea + Action = Result.
The end result is what we want. Oftentimes we desire an end result, but fear what it takes to reach it. So we refuse to try.
We have an idea of what we want, and we desire the idea, the dream, the passion, and the only way it can possibly come to us is “action”.
“We must take action!”
We all fail from time to time, that is part of how humans learn. We learn from our mistakes, and we use what we learn to help give us wisdom and we know to try something different to get the desired results.
It is all about achieving the goal by knowledge, wisdom and trial and error. Eventually if we try different ways of approaching our goal we will achieve it, or we will learn a lot from it, and then move on to try something else.
Our lives are about learning, trying different things, pushing ourselves, and achieving the deep seated desires of our own hearts.
Stonewall Jackson is quoted as saying, “Never take the advice of your fears.”
Fear is not a reason to quit, it is only an excuse. Fears have ruined many a life, destroyed many dreams, and left many people emotional wrecks. Please don’t take advice of your fears.
Take note of your fears. Admit your fears. Then see what you can do about doing what you have to do anyway.
“I can never be sure I won’t fail. But fear is no reason to quit.” – Maurice Chevalier.
“So don’t be afraid to be afraid. Be honest. Admit your fear. But them act as if you were not afraid. With the help of God, go on. Do your job. Don’t let fear stop you.” – Norman Vincent Peale.
Fears are dream destroyers and mostly amount to nothing, that is why we are always encouraged to ignore our fears and do what we were afraid of anyway.
Please be the best that you can be.
All the best from
James M Sandbrook.
